BestEver.com Names Continental Best International Airline

  Continental Airlines is BestEver.com's pick for America's best international airline for 2003-2004. The airline was selected based upon a variety of criteria, including destinations served, quality and condition of fleet, baggage handling, and customer service.

  According to Joe Mierzwa, President of BestEver.com and its parent company, ProSe Associates, "Continental's BusinessFirst service received especially high marks, and its coach service also scored with consumers and travel professionals for comfort and quality of service." BusinessFirst service features electronic sleeper seats with personal video screens and adjustable winged headrests, which were graded high for comfort by Continental passengers. Flight attendants on Continental also received high ratings for courtesy and professionalism.

  Continental's on-time performance and improved baggage handling record also contributed to the airline's selection by BestEver.com, Mierzwa stated.
